Advanced Acne Package with Dark Spots or Red Blemishes:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, cleansing product(s), brightening exfoliant or retinol retexturing serum, acne masque, acne medication, anti-inflammatory moisturizer, zit stick, oil-free sunscreen, homeopathic acne supplement, first three pore-purging acne peels, basic extractions, calming mask, vitamin A, beta A or power bleach post-peel booster. Program: $395
Budget Acne Starter Package:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, acne soap, azelaic lotion, sulfur masque, acne medication, oil-free moisturizer, zit stick, oil-free sunscreen, and one acne treatment to be scheduled after two weekly follow-up visits. This basic program is highly-effective with full-size products, but doesn’t come with brightening gels, retinol retexturing serum, skin peels, post-peel power bleaching or other boosters. Additional recommended products, skin peels, clinical facials and boosters can be purchased individually. Starter Program: $195
Advanced Body Acne Package:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, anti-bacterial wash or sulfur soap or exfoliating bleaching soap, anti-bacterial spray, potent skin brightener, potent night medication, homeopathic acne supplement, first three pore-purging body peels, basic extractions or jessner spot treatment, beta A or power bleach post-peel booster. Advanced Pigmentation Package for Dark Spots and Uneven Skin Tone:
Customized programs based on cause of pigmentation. Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support; cleansing product(s), selection of day and evening skin brighteners, skin brightening masque; physical sunscreen, first three skin brightening peels, basic extractions, custom brightening mask and power bleach post-peel booster. Under-eye brightening cream or an acne medication may be substituted as needed. Program: $395
Budget Pigmentation Starter Package for Uneven Skin Tone:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, milk protein brightening soap, one day brightening gel, one night brightening serum, physical sunblock and one brightening peel with power bleach booster to be scheduled after two weekly follow-up visits. This basic program is for uneven skin tone and not designed to treat inflamed acne. Treatment does not include extractions or mask. Additional recommended brighteners, liquid cleansers, other brightening soaps, toners, acne medication, brightening peels, extractions, clinical facials and boosters can be purchased individually. Starter Program: $195
Advanced Body Pigmentation Package:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, exfoliating skin brightening soap, large melanin-inhibiting body brighteners, tube of intensive spot treatment; first three multi-layer skin brightening treatments for the selected body part(s) to be discussed during consultation. Program: $395 up
Razor Bump Package; Pseudofolliculitis Barbae and Beard Shadowing:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, medicated razor bump scrub, brightening soap or cleanser per skin type, shaving product and special razors (if needed), razor bump solution, skin brightener(s), corrective masque, potent night medication, anti-inflammatory moisturizer, zit stick, oil-free sunscreen, first three exfoliating treatments for the face and beard area, release of ingrowns, corrective mask and beta A or power bleach post-peel booster. Program: $395
Acne Keloidalis Package, Neck and/or Scalp Bumps and Keloid Scars:
Comprehensive consultation, periodic follow-up evaluations, email and telephone support, medicated scalp cleanser, anti-bacterial bump solution, zit stick, potent night medication, anti-inflammatory/anti-itch ointment; potent exfoliating scar gel, clipper disinfectant (if needed), first three exfoliating scar treatments. Future treatments will be necessary: $55-$95. Program: $295 localized only; $350 extensive.
Read Carefully: Initial and Returning Consultations are $35, take up to an hour and are payable at initial visit. Clinic Packages include an in-depth consultation. You have two weeks to start your program for your paid consultation fee to be deducted from the program cost. Treatment included in Budget Programs must be completed within 30 days. Treatments included in all other Clinic Packages must be completed within 90 days. All treatments and vouchers are non-transferable to others.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours for weekday and 48 hours for Saturday appointments. Treatments included in Clinic Packages or Series-of-Six that are missed or canceled without adequate notice will be forfeited.
Childcare: Please arrange for child care before you schedule your appointments. We regret that we cannot accommodate infants and children in treatment rooms or the reception area.
Allergies: In the event of a true allergic reaction, call the office or email us immediately for advice, and plan a brief visit, so we can follow-up and exchange the problem product. The problem product will be exchanged within the first 7 days. No exceptions. No refunds. No exchanges after 7 days.
Products: Product refills are not included in program cost and can be purchased individually without an appointment. However, clients who use our clinical-strength products are required to purchase appropriate sun protection every 90 days or sooner, and to apply and reapply an adequate amount on all sun-exposed skin, exactly as directed.
Follow-up Evaluations: Periodic follow-up visits are included in all active Complete Packages by appointment and are required at least every 45 days for your status to remain ‘active’. Products and refills will not be upgraded without a scheduled follow-up visit or Returning Consultation (see below). Follow-up visits are $15 each if a program is ‘inactive’ because follow-up visits were missed or not scheduled (within the first year), and for clients not on a program.
Returning Consultations: If more than 12 months elapse since your last scheduled follow-up visit or clinic treatment (not including visits to purchase products), you must complete the intake process, including a Returning Consultation.
All current clients are required to complete new intake forms (so we can update your file) on a yearly basis. Mailorder Packages are available for out-of-town and relocated clients only and require a telephone consultation. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
